Pretty aware of that, which is why I always have him behind the creeps at the start while I harass my opponents by killing their creeps with scatter shot, at such early times of the game, even my creeps can make short business out of any hero. If the opponent retreats, I let his tower kill my creeps and wait for the next round. That, or if it's a 3v3 or 2v2, I just focus on avoiding battles until I'm 14+.

We're currently taking another sweep at class balancing. We might take these ideas into our list. -Accepted-

As I previously mentioned. We can work some of these suggestions out. Do note that we buffed HW's and Sniper's HP modifiers to the most they could go; anything higher gives us a buffer overload. We'll be looking forward to adding more HP to these classes via other methods.

I think you mean @mobsearch, but that command is disabled here; spoils the fun of finding MvPs. There is, however, @mi, which displays a monster's info and best spawn locations, plus @whodrops if you're looking for who-drops-what.

There's nothing like brewmaster's ultimate to piss people off. They think you're already dead, so you split them into three, retreat one and continue the fight with the resting two. Epic lolz ensue.

It always comes down to strategy, I suppose. Then again, if I want to 1v1 Death Propeths, I'd go for Pandarean Brewmaster. Although I tend to use him for my killing punchline.

That's assuming you get in range to get your ulti on me. Good Dwarven Sniper users hide and ambush and use every terrain feature to their advantage. Namely, I hide, I stalk and when I see and opening, I open up with an assassinate, clear creeps with scramble, and then attack you until the cool-down of assassinate is done, which is also about the time it takes for you to be at 600-700 HP. I know Death Propeths ulti is a pain in the ass, and I know I'm prone to be owned by any magic user if I'm not careful, which is why I always opt for range, walking speed and ambushes to attack. I also depend on passive skills given by items, but when you shoot as fast as Sharpeye does, you get all those skills running in no time.

High Attack speed, 210-260 ATK, 40% chance to do 60 extra damage plus .2 second stun, 15% chance to maim, longest range, 30% evasion from "The Butterfly", 20% to do Chain Lightning from Mjolnir, 71% damage reduction, -5 armor aura. By the time you reach him to cast a spell, you're already at half HP, by the time you think of running, he already aimed and Assassinate at you. Face the facts, he owns anything on a duel. Not to mention the fact he sweeps creeps like nobody's business with Scramble Shot. Also, I'll come back once the GM work is done.

Then again, it would be a long shot to find a server which offers what fRO does with a different timezone. Like I said, this is really possible if people start doing some research on what times do most people get their free time in their countries so we ensure max attendance to this new WoE; most serious players would like to participate in this second WoE and, chances are, they're going to participate seriously in this EuroWoE.

Would you all please tone it down with the insults. I swear to God none of you can take a "You're wrong" without getting hurt. Getting to the topic at hand, it isn't as simple as the pro-EuroWoE people would want to believe. First of all, we need to run a study to know which contries in Europe, Africa and Asia do we get most population from and create and EuroWoE which satisfies the most people who connect from those countries. Second, it isn't enough with a few people saying "WoE @ 5-6pm netherlands time plz". You guys need to cover basic information regarding the times you suggest the EuroWoE should be placed on; do most people play at those times in your country? Do most people get their free time at those hours? I'm sure the times you provide fit your schedules, but this is not about pleasing your needs, is it? It's about giving a fair chance of WoEing for everyone in the server. Do note this is a hard task to do. As many people already have mentioned, we cannot please everyone who plays fRO. Ever wonder why there's kRO, iRO, jRO and many other server which pertain certain countries? Because administrators know best not to fill the gameplay with WoE so that everyone gets a chance in their free time to participate in it. I will be doing proper investigations with Genesis to see how would a second WoE affect the economy as well; there's really a lot of stuff to think of before we even start agreeing with the idea of a second WoE happening, and, like I already said, out top priority as of now is finding which countries are the ones who really boost up our online count.

If the topics contain: then we cannot allow it. Forum's ToS are something we cannot fiddle with. Besides of sexual or gore oriented topics. I don't see why should we segregate the forums for the view of certain users and both of those topics are prohibited by the forums' ToS.

Sniper with maxed out range, stun skill, aspd increasers and a stun hammer. Kills heroes before they even get to reach me. Creeps? Scatter shot does short work on them. I made a record of killing the frozen throne in less than 30 seconds, by myself.
