depends on you still. yeah a hundred int is good. just put enough vit until you think you wont die in 3 seconds in pvp then dex all the way

Depends on you if you want to become crit sniper if you want to add luk. i suggest not to max dex if you think you would die fast with 85k hp. well it really depends on you.

there is an ultima refiner in the city which upgrades your gear to 10 without fail.... its in the upper right of the map

Soul Breaker does crappy damage to a good player i tell you. and a good sniper has higher Damage with DS than soul breaker. and you have charge arrow.
