There really shouldn't be much of a difference for legitimate players. Macro users, would notice a significant delay.

There are two types of skill delays, client side and server side. Client side delay is determined primarily by the sprite animation.

Server side delay for the skills is determined by timer calculations. (You can spam x skill after y after cast delay).

All we did was modify this delay to be on par with client side delay. Thereby preventing third party programs or macros from being effective.

Macro users (and other third party programs) will be at a disadvantage to legitimate players.

All these skills changes were tested with by myself, and 3 other players. All from different area of the world (1 from US, 1 from Europe, 2 from different regions of Asia). All of these players knew the skills being modified, and knew the class well.

My suggestion would be to give the changes a chance, we can tweak skill delays as needed. And yes, we will be modifying other skills in the future as need be. :)

Good job with the updates, I do have to say that the LK hit was very well deserved, especially in WOE where these tanky mofo's just camp at the entrance and BB the crap out of everyone and everything that comes in at,(if i may assume) 60-70 per hit, non stop, knowingly there is no pushback.

I dont know about the sniper and champ hit tho, if they were planning to hit snipers and champs, shouldn't the GM's have done it by now already? Champs are one of the most powerful classes on the server, but I dont know about snipers.

That being said, there is no need to lower down the prices of the items of these classes. Don't let lowballers win. LoL
