Genesis Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 As many of you have noticed, we have added quite a few new features, many of which you might find interesting, here is a list: Endless Tower Quest! This is a fairly long, but extremely rewarding adventure, it starts in Forsaken City with the Warper: He will take you to the lobby of the Endless Tower Quest, if you are in a party. Once there the party leader must speak to the entrance NPC in order to start the Quest, your party must fight through 102 floors of monsters and obtain the 3 Dark Ashes which will are a crucial part in the forging of the Twin Naght Seiger Twin Edge Swords, the kind of all weapons ( still under development). The regulations are: 1. You must be in a party at all times. 2. You cannot @storage nor @gstorage inside the event. 3. If you die, you will be teleported to the Lobby, if you want to go back to Forsaken City your party leader must recall his entire party out of the event and into Forsaken City. 4. Only 1 party can be inside the event at a time. 5. You are short on time, if you do not complete the quest within the set time frame you will lose and be warped out of the event. Bring Yggs, bring friend, bring organization as well as leadership and most important of all, bring your A game; you will need it! Satan Morroc Completed Long ago, the Mage Knight Thanatos battled and sealed away the greater demon, Satan Morroc. Legend has it that the fallout from the battle destroyed the south eastern part of the Rune-Midgard Kingdom, creating what is now known as the Sograt Desert. In order to protect the seal and keep the demon locked away, the people of Rune-Midgard constructed a castle above the seal. Before long, buildings and tents were built around the castle, and this new-founded city took the name of the demon and was called "Morroc". However, one thousand years have now passed, and Satan Morroc has awakened once again! His release caused great damage to the city of Morroc, and the Midgard continent once again faces an unprecedented crisis. All of the Satan Morroc mobs are working at 100% including the integrated quest within it, have fun! Moscovia Completed The Moscovia area includes the town of Moscovia, 2 fields, and the Moscovia Forest Dungeon. Much like Satan Morroc, this includes all of its mobs,quests,npcs and sellers working at 100%. Marriage NPC Revamp Completed The full marriage system has been added to our Forsaken City Church, among its features are of course the ability to start marriages that will be announced across the server as well as a GM only function that allows GMs to "unstuck" marriages if a problem were to arise! Voting NPCs/Modules Completed Many of you might have noticed that we have added a Voting NPC set ingame, the duo does more than just greet you and thank you for voting, I'm here to explain how it works. The Main NPC: This NPC is integrated into our website, all you need to do is go to http://forsaken-ro.net/voting every 12 hours and vote on both sites and hit "Click HERE to update your Vote Counter." Once that is done your Voting Credits will automatically be assigned to your Account, simply speak to NPC above and you shall receive 1 Vote Coupon every time 12 hours ( if you vote). On to the Other NPC: This NPC has a simple task, giving you your prize for voting. All you need to do is speak to him after you have voted and he will allow you to choose from any of these prizes: Recieve 50% less damage from earth property attacks. 5% chance to cast level 1 earth endow on the target while receiving damage. Slot: 1 Equips on: Upper Headgear Price: 25 Vote Coupons A small filir which has been summoned as a hat. It has been instructed to help you on your fight. Enable use of level 10 Double Attack with any weapon. Slot: 0 Equips on: Upper Headgear Price: 45 Vote Coupons A tormented soul which taints its victims at the cost of power. All stats +20 Slot: 1 Equips on: Mid Headgear Price: 50 Vote Coupons Wings shaped in the form of a fairy of nature. It grants incredible speed, but the fairy's will rejects the fighting. STR -10 Walking speed +25% Slot: 0 Equips on: Lower Headgear Price: 50 Vote Coupons

Slot: 1 Equips on: Upper Headgear Price: 40 Vote Coupons A hat made for the experienced mages. It seems to have been made out of magical cloths which amplify its user's magical strenght. MATK +25% (Mage branch only) Slot: 1 Equips on: Upper Headgear Price: 40 Vote Coupons A hat with a Poring symbol sewn onto it. All stats +20 Slot: 1 Equips on: Upper Headgear Price: 30 Vote Coupons Note: This effect is the same for the Special Marin/Poporing/Poring and Drops hat! Wings made of the most solid ice. The sharp icicles sometimes attack the user's target. ATK+ 100 Walk speed +10% Slot: 0 Equips on: Lower Headgear Price: 45 Vote Coupons Note: This effect is the same for All the recolors! Rules/Regulations: 1. You must vote using http://forsaken-ro.net/voting in order to obtain your Vote Coupons! 2. You cannot Trade Vote Coupons nor Vote Reward Items! 3. You cannot add Vote Coupons nor Vote Reward Items to gstorage! 4. You cannot Vend Vote Coupons nor Vote Reward Items! 5. You cannot Drop Vote Coupons nor Vote Reward Items! 6. You cannot Sell Vote Coupons nor Vote Reward Items! 7. New Items are added to the Vote Reward System on a Monthly basis!

Although at first glance it seems to be empty, it is rather heavy. Walking speed +15% PD +10 Slot: 0 Equips On: Lower Headgear Notes: This effect is the same for all recolors! This Wing set might not be here for long, now is the time to get it! New PvP Ladder Prize http://patc.forsakenserver.net/forumimages/goldwings.png Sacred wings shaped of blessed metals. They grant extra protection from damage. Reduce all damage taken by 10% Slot: 0 Equips On: Lower Headgear Available as of now. Other Smaller Edits/Fixes 1. Baby Stat Reset NPC added, completely bug free I might add. 2. Cokes/Tequilas/Beers now work exactly as their description says including the Confusion percent. 3. Cokes/Tequilas/Beers can now be bought in bulks instead of 1 by one! 4. Reset NPC no longer allows you to reset if you are overweight.

The reason it blocks it is because the Patcher downloads a file then enfuses it with our GRF. Some programs consider that malicious even though it is not. If the above does not work, I have uploaded a full patched FROIinstaller.exe simply download the small patch and install it wherever you have RO Installed and you are done!

Sensation Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 The Control Panel also now has a working Password Recovery system. The issue has been fixed this week and should be operational now. Note: it works on e-mail address, not account name, so be sure to remember which e-mail address you used. It will send all info which is linked to that e-mail address in 1 mail. So if you have 2-3 accounts registered on 1 e-mail address, you will receive 1 e-mail with all the account info. Cheers everyone, enjoy the new fixes, patches and addons!
