Spawn has always/will always have the "M" on his check which was given to him by his Devil Master upon being given an extra life and is a sign of servitude. 2. Spawn has a Red Cape which is an extension of his body. 3. Spawn has chains that are 3x as long as his body which is his main form of defending and are displayed in all his pictures ( You only see the ones around his waist here).
