Hello, the issue I am having is that after I select a character to play on the character select screen, the load screen for the game processes like normal but then when it hits 100% nothing happens, the game doesn't load and I am unable to even close the game. The only thing I did between the last time I logged in and trying to log in now, was to donate to you guys. Unsure if that's what's causing the problem. You're help would be appreciated... Thanks!!!

To add the context, I have also already tried to reset my characters position and style in the control panel. I have also created another test character to see if it is isolated to just my main. But still have the same issues. Going through the process to delete my file and reinstall the game.
