Guild Emblem Issues.

I created a new guild. I have followed all the steps to create a new emblem. I used paint to shrink the photo to 22x22 pixels, saved it as a 256 bmp. file and put it in a folder named "Emblem". It's still not showing up when I click edit, am I missing something?
