Is Guardian Ring Quest worth doing?

I've read somewhere in the guides that it needs Donate Items?

I can't donate so does that mean i can't get it?

What are the alternative rings for sniper pvp/mvp or the best rings in general that i can get in quest without donate items?

There is Nondonation ring.
The effect half of it if not mistaken.
