Screen Problems

Hi!

 

The game won't run properly with a small screen that can barely be seen. Tried solving with the compatibility mode but still won't work.

Also, the setup program has a different language on it and tried navigating through it in any possible way. Still won't work. 

Hope you can fix this! TIA
