Increase the spawn mob rates for wootan shooter at um_fild

Well, I think no need much explanation for this thread, because wooden hearts drops(esp legendary arrow quest) were "flawless" (even thou using steal skill from thief job methode XD)

Also that would be really helping newbies archer occasionally :3

1. Increase 10 more wootan shooters at every um_fild would be great :3 < originally were (10)at um_fild01->um_fild03, and (5)at um_fild04 >

2. Wouldn't affect the market price actually :3

And........thats it, hope GM team would reconsider these suggestion ^^

Agreed. For the amount they're asking us to collect (like for legendary arrows), the spawn rate is complete bullsh*t. +1
