Ragnarok has been crashed

Hey guys,

I beg for your help :/

When I click start in the patcher or if I start the forsaken.exe, Gepard starts loading, but after that ragnarok is not starting at all and an error message appears: "Ragnarok has been crashed".

I tried nearly everything possible:  running all exes in compatibility mode and  as an administrator, download the manual patchers (big and small), start in windows mode and I even tried an older version of setup.exe. but still, nothing solved my problem. :(

Does anyone have another possible solution which I could try out? I am running windows 10 with avast antivirus.

Would be awesome if I could try your server out some day :)

Can you provide a screenshot of the specific error? When does this error occur? Is it when you select your character, or before you can see your characters to select them? Is it just one character having this issue?

Hey thanks for your reply,

I can not see the Login screen, the patchers start site is the only thing I can see before it crashes after I push start. The error occurs right after the Gepard shield has finished loading. Then, a white window flashes up for a blink of a second just to disappear again. After that happens, the attached error message appears.

FYI: Before I had this problem, I also had the bug with the missing resolution in my settings, but here I was able to figure it out by myself.

Are you using the small patch or the all in one?

at the moment I am using the all in one patcher, but I already tried every possible patcher/file provided by your site

as I am not believing that som1 can help me: 

I can tell you that I do not have problems with other clients and that this problem is not new. In fact, a lot of people with win 10 are suffering under it if you just search for this problem. Maybe you should make a new client which is usable for all people some day, as win 10 gets more and more popular.

AIght guys, I got it, finally!!

 

If any one has the same problem: Just download another version of KRO files (some other priv server or what ever) and take the small patcher from the homepage here, et viola - your game finally runs as it should - c ya ingame! ?
