in this quest, is it possible to be done by people with only normal gears and cards? because people with advanced gears and cards asks for salary in which token is not available in my account hehe.. is there anyone willing to do this with me?

if its for practice, then yes but it would take a lot of time. I suggest you join other groups but don't ask for salary. Im sure they are willing to teach and guide you.
