Its about PVP ping,RAW and raid

As title says

1) I tried doing the test ping and I got 150ms.Is that a good ping for PVP?

2)What does "  one quest RAW" at  the end of blessed ring quest? and also can I use vote infernal cape to get donate blessed ring?

3) How many is the minimum and maximum number of player per raid?

1.  Ping is decent enough,  I used to play at 300 ms.  Just stay away from ping reliant classes (Champ, Clown) and you will be fine.
2. Quest Royal Angel Wing.  I think that is used for the non donation? not sure sorry.
3.  I havent raided in a while so I am not sure, I think 8-10?

1. It's kinda good ping, i think for champ you can spam asura ^_^

2. Idk about the quest raw. But as the description of vote capes, you cant use it on storyline to get donate rings :)

3. 8? correct me if i'm mistaken
