Gravity Error

Hello I just want to share my experience right now. I downloaded the full and the manual patches but i've still got gravity error whenever i go to prontera or other maps

i also FOLLOWED THE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE at the website but still the same :( i cant continue my legendary weapon quest in prontera library :(
