Incorrect stats on Loki's Cursed Blade

So I've just realised that the Loki's Cursed Blade actually doesn't provide the stats it says it should give (this has been tested with the Blue version, not sure if it's the same with the Red counterpart).

 

Here's what's wrong:

Increases STR by 15 even though it should be increasing it by 25.

Increases INT by 15 even though it should be increasing it by 40.

we check for the effects. Should be : 

STR + 25, AGI + 15, VIT + 10, INT + 40, Aspd + 5
Increase damage with Soul Destroyer by 50%.
Unbreakable.
