There have been changes with the HW and prof weapons to allow them more aftercast delay reduction. I haven't seen anything on the legendary weapons that have any aftercast delay reductions. These reductions should also be added to the legendary weapons to allow the same field of play as the people with the valk weapons. For the biochemist weapon alone I have noticed that the Jrage gives +10 aspd where the L weapon does not, which is perfectly fine since you have to donate for the Jrage and not the L mace, HOWEVER the Jrage also has the 5% aftercast reduction which the L mace does not have which is the real issue. This is making biochemist cold bolt/fire bolt spam stupidly slow. That being said I believe that adding the 5% aftercast reduction to the weapon would not harm anything in regards to people buying the Jrage but it instead would enhance the play of those who cannot afford one and put them on a more even pace with those who have full gear.

gennova Posted April 13, 2016 Report Posted April 13, 2016 Maybe they miss it like usual? It's often happen when they nerf some donation item the legendary counterpart got missed.

They apparently added a 5% aftercast delay reduction to the donate weapon and didn't do the same to the legendary weapon. Still waiting on a GM to actually comment on this and give feedback, however it must not be that important for them to comment.
