Whats the best weapon for baby wizards~?

Seems legendary high wizard staff cant wore by baby wizards.

baby wizards (and baby chars on general) can wear legendary weapons, the only restriction for wearing a legendary weapon is the lvl of the character (you need to be lvl 200 if I remember correctly)
