geldaz Posted March 9, 2008 Report Posted March 9, 2008 Well,MOST of us have noticed that the Escape Guild is using buff bots. they're getting auto buffed with ALL THE BUFFS IN THE GAME. Either enable this command for everyone or disable it for everyone. Vote and post your opinions,and Escape members,don't start with the flamming and the ''u gotz owned'' ok? PS.: couldn't make it poll,vote through posts.

It seems that the view wasn't carefully examined in the long run. Obviously people would find out eventually. It doesn't level the playing field with program such as this, and creates suspicion on GM corruption. Anyways, either disable this program or allow access to the public.

Beacuse Woe its now, very fucking boring whit alot of lag, and why dont just use dual account, than that bot program, beacuse this lag the server, especially at woe. thats why I dont play at woe to much. No, we have kept hunting bots under very good control we can do the same for buff bots.

Genesis Posted March 9, 2008 Report Posted March 9, 2008 Its a cmd which records all activity done on an account; and simply macros a certain action at a certain time ( Exactly like AI ) only difference from AI is that it drains alot of computer cpu; 1 buff bot would be the same as 1.5 open clients.

You can find buff bots via googling them. Kazeil in LMS is a gay buff personally, but otherwise the other buffs seem pretty legit. People soul-link themselves all the time, and that's really not so different in concept. The only buff I really want is FCP.

Since it is a 3rd party program, and not a secondary RO Client. However, since it is allowed, then the Rules needs to be more specific on which 3rd party program can be used.

Then again it would be more fun to have to organize a PvP War than just have buff bots its up to you guys to decide. Make sure you post a " yes" or "no".

I personally would think this would fall in the section above. However, I'm not in any position to discuss your server rules and regulations and what is and isn't allowed in your terms. I don`t understand why you all are complaining, it was fine the first 3 months we had them, yet its only been lately that you all are trying to focus on starting drama with us since you guys are losing pvp wars? Pretty lame to me, oh and Ken.. why you going along with this when you have the program yourself? How do I know? I gave you it. Ken is changing, I guess we all have to deal with it.

It's true that I was fine with it at first, since it wasn't that big of a deal. But now, I don't know, people are start using it more and more. Also, Shawn, I don't focus on starting drama, at all. I don't try to provoke or use any language to start any drama. When I logged on today, my Guild asked for help, so I did. It's PvP, it's just for fun, some people just tends to take it too serious.
