My case is slandered case, and just auto banned "not necessarily his fault" See All of my days and time,i gave in this server!!! But the misfortune people bad heart send me a slander case i don't know why he or she file me, He/she create a story to slander me! This suggest is help people does not necessarily his fault. This situation is no other way to un-ban the account got banned already! Please spread this suggest!!! This is to be fair to people got ban but necessarily fault. +1 if you agree in this suggestion. +0 if you'r this agree in this suggestion, Thank you... There should be tons of people out there who hated me and would have made fake reports about me already to try and get me banned but I am still here. I can't count the number of times I was called a hacker when I was still active on biochemist and my stalker. This lead me to believe in the GM Team and how they ban people. No one gets auto-banned. If you get banned, there will always be evidence, even if the GM team does not show it to you.(of course they won't as it would show who reported you). So what I see here is a post trying to get sympathy from the people who knew NOTHING of the situation on why you are banned. As for this suggestion, never. See always donator 1st to make an action!It is UNFAIR OR FAIR?? I admit i'm not a donator but my heart and my loyalties is in this server!! But if there's a problem case! Always Gm said this is a long investigation..I know everyday have so many filing ticket!Yes I know, but you should give us a fair action RIGHT??But in this suggest! Probably this suggest is would work to acknowledge Bail Ban account??Maybe problematic player's got banned, doesn't her/she fault this is the way to unban account.For me i admit i am not a donator!! But i am willing to bail my account just back my account because i love my account that's why i can't leave my accounts! So please give your support!!! I'm probably one of the best examples of non-paying players here( nearly 7 years in game, never donated). If you get banned for something, you have done something. GMs aren't mercenary who just can easily be bought by money. i disagree unto that. its not about being a donator or not, its all about how deep is your case and how heavy the evidence against you. now lets get back to the topic... slan·der (slndr) n. 1. Law Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation. 2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone. have you done a verbal abuse? or make a false statement to degrade someone? if NO, then you have a right to file a motion for reconsideration. my personal opinion: if we focus on a slander case alone, we could compare it to verbal abuse or some kind of it likely. eternal banning is quite unjust, perhaps a 1week jail up to 3 - 6 months account ban could be justifiable depending on how heavy your case is. i disagree for you having to pay just to bail yourself out coz i think you dont have to and GMs aren't be so happy with that as well... but it all ends up with the GM's jurisdiction... I assume that she is saying she got framed for an offense. Again, we do not know what the hell your case is. Without information, this just sounds like a rant. Gm told me my account is trying to sell in people but i can't sell my account!! That's why i'm shocked! But i think this is a Slander case! because i don't sell my account to everyone /sob I already file a ticket and ask why i got banned Gm's said my account is trying to php but i ask Gm can i see the evidence or proof! Gm's change topic said this no way to unban my account because my account is trying to phper! I play more than a years! This is the 1st time to encounter this situation!! I think this banned case is never to unban because for all of my friends got ban never resolve that case and that's why i can suggest or maybe suggest this "BAIL BANNED ACCOUNT" I think this is favor to this server! I'am willing to Bail my 2 account's because i love my accounts so much!!! That's why i have to suggest this! There is always a due process here, and GMs would not and will never ban people without a reason. Think of what you have done, the GMs' verdict always rely on solid proof, like screenies, or prima facie evidences that you have committed a violation against the rules. Also, if there will be a bail from getting banned, well thats a ridiculous notion for lawbreakers. It is like pulling out the fangs of the forsaken ro rules. Well i mean if you are haters in game like trashtalking mostly at pvp's you should be hate by your enemies, doing all for to gets you in a trouble. According to facebook,skype etc proof with chats they can use paint or adobe edits and replace the real chat's. How will you defend your self or avoid to those people? I suggest to GM's please don't too much believe on facebook, skype, etc because it can be used edited painting letters and replaced in chat box. What can you say about this? Bishop Posted March 3, 2015 Report Share Posted March 3, 2015 When you're caught PHP'ing, there's more than enough proof to back that up. We do not issue bans on cases that we're unsure of. Editting facebook/skype etc with paint or adobe won't be hard to recognize. The screenshots you showed us yourself to attempt to proof your innocence actually proof that you were involved in a PHP case. As for a final word on the suggestion, no you are not and never will be able to bail out banned accounts. We do not favor donators and we do not unban accounts for money. The only moment money leads to an unban is when the player was banned for filing a chargeback and agrees to paying back the donation/ the fee that the chargeback cost the server.
