ThePerfectHit Posted September 8, 2014 Report Posted September 8, 2014 The drag and drop doesn't really seem like a big deal unless you're really that lazy, not allowing to edit the keybinding is annoying yes but is the case with all pre-renewal servers and closing chat I'm not sure you mean the alt+c chat or the chatbox. If it's the alt+c chat you can close it with /q or if it's the chatbox you can use f10 or f11 forgot which one. Quote

However, after a few days of playing and figuring out the hotkeys you will be a master of it in no time !! Most of the UI actions are through key commands, which is actually very quick and handy :) good luck and I hope it works out well for you. -Crim well, the UI FRO used are very similar to the orignial RO back in the days, and it suck badly... a great UI have to be intuitive with little or no learning curve. Plus there are no meaningful customisation in all sub tool bars. Learning and adapting with in-game command is another issue, that doesn't mean that the UI doesn't suck badly. But since there are A LOT of helpful and meaningful command, most people just let the UI issue go easily. About the key binding issue, you will need to play around with /bm (battle mode) or uses f12 if you are speed farming. Edited December 16, 2014 by nate1002 Quote

In my personal opinion it's a lot better than the renewal one but this could be just personal preference. You can drag skills onto the skill bar and drag other things on top of already existing hotkeys to replace them thus there is absolutely no need to be able to remove the skill from the bar completely. None wants empty spots on their bars anyway. If you insist on getting an empty spot on for example the F2 button then put a skill on F1, Drag it to F2 then put it back to F1 and voila, F2 will be empty. You can alter all your hotkeys with /bm and set up the BM profile. Quote
