gennova Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 (edited) I would separate this into 2 suggestion for ease read. IGN Changer I would like having a IGN changer npc. The function is like the name said, to change your current IGN to your desired IGN. Not really important, but very useful for player who bored with their IGN but too lazy to make another char just to change the IGN. Since we all know that making a new char aren't as simple as just maxing the level, but need to do another "Knight Quest". And not to say if the current char already have some "fame point" by doing "Order of the Dragon" system, so IGN changer npc will be useful. Since you can just keep your current char and just change the IGN. As for how this npc work, you can make it asking for some token like gender exchanger, or maybe you can even make a donation item to do so. Laughing Poopoo Hat This hat have a good effect (Redux 12% damage from demi human and stacked with friggs), but as for apperance is not on my liking. So, maybe its not gonna hurt making another hat with different apperance but same effect, since I'm pretty sure the effect is not broken or overpowered in some way. Since you guys can make a Legendary Kobold Archer Hat in independence days quest with the same look with Kobold Archer Hat in vote shop, so you can just use the sprite from the hat that already exist too. With that in mind, we could have a history of name changes in the control panel (similar to the e-mail and password changes history.)

It would add a wasted bit of time just for a gamemaster to look for the names that were reported then, instead of easily banning one name. And as most of the information regarding players, only Admins could look into it to protect the privacy of the players.

Welp, I suggest that ppl who change their IGNs should be broadcasted like when some players undergo marriage... The server announces it...and then the history of name changes will be stored within the CPanel accts. And ofc, this suggestion will be another source to burn tokens since we can't allow it to be free to avoid abuse and name change spams... I suggest maybe a bit costly than the sex change i recon...erm 20 tokens?? besides the main target of this is the rich ones since they're prolly the ones who gets bored...
