Spitfire Posted July 24, 2014 Report Posted July 24, 2014 (edited) i really hate to open this topic again cuz of my old post was ignored and shut down with disagreements. after reading all the comments back at my thanatos room suggestion. i realize that some of you people "really doesn't have any clue at all!! about cheat engines" i played ragnarok for 11 years different types of ragnarok servers and the cheats are all the same. example: BOTS, RPE , WPE, DUP and many more ETC. Guys, please for those who doesn't CHEAT please come to your senses why SAME NAME appears all the time when defeating thanatos or people who are using ALTS just to get inside thanatos room again. their using CHEAT APPS, i'm not sure what they are using but they CAN SET IT TO MILISECONDS TO AUTO ENTER like PROGRAM THE CHEAT ENGINE just to go inside LIKE A SPAM. i can't ignore this anymore seriously, this has to be done. "for the love of the game" i really hope this can be change this system of going inside thanatos room, cuz even if those guys get banned theirs TONS of them out there. (if this thread is not enough to convince you people about CHEAT SYSTEM OF THANATOS ROOM, email me [email protected] i'll show you the HARD EVIDENCE) i can't post the evidence here due to some confidential reasons. That title you are wanting will also lead to unwanted attention(that is why they do not reveal who becomes a GM). Just keep on reporting and the GM team will do their job.
sartorius19 Posted July 24, 2014 Report Posted July 24, 2014 well i do agree that there are multiple programs. but its always the way u speak that people don't agree with you. try to be more persuasive and do not boast on some unnecessary things. and we hare happy that u wanna help the server, but most of your posts that ive seen is a bit pushy. nevertheless if u do got good evidences reach it out to the GM's i know they'll see to it. cheers !

I've been in several games with a community, and I often see this kind of mentality. Ranks are earned. You never see a private in an army ask for a promotion to Major and succeeded. You can just file a ticket to the GMs for the GM team to check on this case of cheating. And besides, macros are not allowed anymore so Cheat Engine is forbidden to be used here. (note: this isn't a rant, I'm just saying what should be done.)
Bishop Posted July 24, 2014 Report Posted July 24, 2014 Closing this as it's more of a rant than anything else. You can supply the proof of bots/cheaters in a ticket and we'll look at it. Also Cheat Engine really doesn't do anything like this, in fact it doesn't really do anything for RO as Cheat Engine is fully client-sided and basically all info of RO is saved server sided. So sure you can create fake displays but that's about it so it's nothing of actual use. Cheat engine is in no way able to automate processes, it's only able to change client sided values causing your client to display things that aren't there.
