Veracity Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 Going forward, unless there is significant guild competition in Guild vs. Guild (ie, multiple guilds competing against each other that are not allies), we will not hand out a prize for that GvG anymore.
ThePerfectHit Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 And WoE? 3 guilds had a solid alliance for weeks getting the same castles over and over monopolizing it but you decide to change GvG?
Forum~ Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 (edited) What about certain guilds having a monopoly on WoE? Will that be regulated as well? EDIT: Waw, Alec is too fast. Edited July 9, 2014 by Forum~
ThePerfectHit Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 (edited) Atleast GvG is more of a game of skill over numbers. That's their fault if they decide not to participate Edited July 9, 2014 by ThePerfectHit
Genesis Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 WoE is an entirely different event. For one, its not a GM hosted event. A single person (breaker) can make a major difference in WoE. This isn't the case in GvG. A group of people have had a monopoly over GvG for a while now. I know this, because I have been hosting it and BR every single day for weeks now. I really can't allow what are essentially, free GvG tokens/Event Tokens. We've had to temporarily implement this measure in the past, and it's worked pretty well. Also, if you have a suggestion about WoE, you are welcome to suggest it in the appropriate section (Suggestion forum).
