If you've got insta-cast (150 total base dex) and 3 kirks, it should be instant and if you train yourself in it, you can spam it. (:

Now there's two things you have to consider if you want to spam asuras.

First, you need to have good skills. Like that guy on the video has.

Second, you need to have a good set of computer. For your skills on playing champ wouldn't have much to do if your computer can't handle your fingers.
