If Priest Class Had Status Weaps.

What would you think if priest weapons allowed a higher percentage to cause status effects on players?

It would (I hope) bring out more melee preists.

Like curse, silence, sleep, stun. It seems that its more rare to cause status effects then to coma lol.

We cannot do that, as Vit alone makes most of the status effects to not work. Then we have the immunity to freeze with the fset, immunity to stone with fsoldier.

Melee priest is decent with the Scythe but it is expensive to use sadly.

Status effects are practically nonexistent on HR servers. Would be "unique" but I don't really care for it since Priest is meant to be support or Holy Light. I mean, why not accommodate a melee wizard build while you're at it then.

VR+lod+d.war+metaling... then use full reduct gears and 2 ifrit rings red/blue. then you have it! a battle priest.. :3 ledger book of death works as well.. no need to add new weapon for this class/build.

I use thana, phree, tg vr on the scythe(or thana phree 2x tg) then proceed with ifrit rings. Sometimes the lex and asura works together which makes it funny

Yea I will have to try and work without thanas

Would be hard, thana is used there mainly to force skolls on enemy so they die on your asura.
