Captain Obvious Posted June 20, 2014 Report Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) I'd say Scarf is better than balloons for snipers since its +20 dex/vit and snipers tend to focus mostly on it. If you're new you can use Incant/2TG/skel worker for pvp (works on ds/fas) and not worry about crit at all so you can put around 28x-29x dex and 17x-20x vit and enough str to carry fair amt of seeds. However, If you're gonna raid you gonna need a different build since you need crit since incant don't work on boss monsters. Edited June 20, 2014 by Captain Obvious Quote

Aerofox Posted June 20, 2014 Report Posted June 20, 2014 As a sniper, scarf is a good choice. The VIT portion of the scarf helps quite greatly for defense, and the DEX portion for tons of damage. Quote
