I Can't Run The Ro, After Run It Suddenly Closing Down Again

after i reinstall my PC into windows 7 ultimate 64 bit i got a problem, i can't play forsaken RO anymore

when i click my RO shortcut then press start game it starts to bring up the outline of the screen then disappears. Any ideas how to get onto RO?

the setup.exe already detect my VGA settings, and i also already installed the microsoft c++ and direct x . any ideas ?
