Bentley Posted May 16, 2014 Report Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) They've been like this ever since. Anyone got a quick fix? See attached screenshot *I apologize if this problem was solved in the past" Edited May 16, 2014 by Bentley
Forum~ Posted May 16, 2014 Report Posted May 16, 2014 My brother has this problem too. No idea how to solve it. In the meantime, you can just prtscrn->paste to image editor software->save as image file as a roundabout solution.
Carlo~ Posted May 16, 2014 Report Posted May 16, 2014 Change your screen resolution to the next smaller size in the setup.
Bishop Posted May 17, 2014 Report Posted May 17, 2014 When you get these screenshots it means you have selected a resolution that's higher than your maximum screen resolution.
Mitomi Posted July 22, 2014 Report Posted July 22, 2014 I had the same problem...but since i changed my resolution my whole RO stopped working properly...i changed to resolution to lower...and now after i log in...choose char...The load screen freezes at 100% along with my laptop screen...cant even reach my desktop anymore...so i'm forced to log out of my laptop and restart... I have no idea what i can do now...SO frustraded!
Bishop Posted July 22, 2014 Report Posted July 22, 2014 (edited) As stated in every single guide and in all the (minimum 100) topics about the setup.exe. You have to change the setup.exe in both normal AND administrator mode. You must select your graphic card at the first dropdown box and select a resolution thats even or lower(smaller) than your entire screen resolution (preferably not widescreen). The fact that your entire pc freezes when starting the clients shows that you have either 1: Not selected your graphics card driver. 2: Selected an entirely wrong resolution. 3: Have faulty graphic drivers installed. gennova Posted July 29, 2014 Report Posted July 29, 2014 have same problem here but not really matter since my dropbox will automatically upload the right screenshot of it.
Wang Liu Mei Posted July 30, 2014 Report Posted July 30, 2014 Make sure your screen resolution is divisible by 8. If it is 1366 x 768, change it 1360 x 768. It should work perfectly. Hope this helps.
