And as james implied, cards here are used for a quest. I believe today for one quest and for only 1 set of card requirements, max is 1000
Sensation Posted March 12, 2014 Report Posted March 12, 2014 This suggestion indeed lacks a reason why this should be done and is thus incomplete. It'll also cause more inflation as the cards will become more rare. It is very unlikely that the community will agree with something like this, unless you have a solid reason for this change.

Forum~ Posted March 13, 2014 Report Posted March 13, 2014 The current drop rates have worked fairly well for this server for all these years and accordingly, I see no need for change. This is also in the best interests of new players trying to get the cards they need. If all the cards drop rates were lowered, EVERY quest that involves some card hunting would have to be modified to ease the farming, which is an unnecessary effort. Disagree.
