reggae Posted February 11, 2014 Report Posted February 11, 2014 I think it's a good idea to have an Asia-Pacific WoE for all the Asians/Aussies playing since most Asians/Aussies find it hard to attend American or Euro WoE if they got school/work. Best timezone is Sydney time (GMT+11). New Zealand is 3 hours ahead, Most of Asia is only 2-3 hours behind. Best time is server time 5:15. --Jason

And there are far more Asians than Europeans. my apologies sir but are you aware that I am aware of that? :P but times for euro woe are during times where people aren't home or what not compared to other woe's. but american woe, 1am man, 2.0 12mn more manageable, like 50-50 :P, eu woe on monday is at 7pm, would prefer it a bit later, friday eu woe is at 3pm, everyone's still out. and last thing man, I'm asian ;) P.S. Adding another WOE on days where there aren't any woe would be awesome, coz no woe days are so boring :P lol like no events and stuff. :) Edited February 13, 2014 by plok123

One more woe would be good, the problem is how to manage it and how will it affect the economy.

Procastinate Posted February 18, 2014 Report Posted February 18, 2014 I see rayray's point, if you have work/school you can't enjoy the benefits of woe that much specially when your at the asia - pacific countries specially those countries located in South-East Asia, and we have to admit that a lot or maybe majority of players that are currently playing Fro are located at that region of the world maybe one/two woe would be a good incentive for them for having/supporting/donating for the game. my suggested time is maybe GMT+10 Tuesday, 8pm or 9pm (in server time i think this is around 8am or 9am Tuesday) I thin k this schedule is fair enough

Currently only friday WoE is at a comfortable time for Asians, weekend woes are only for Asians who are willing to make an effort. So +1 for additional Asian WoE on Tuesday/Wednesday. Monday WoE for EU players can be adjusted 3 hours back so they don't have to rush back from work/school, and can have ample time for dinner=) @reggae offtopic: are you by any chance prc? jiang is a unique last name.

It's probably better to push that back 2 hours more. I agree to this. I have work in ph atm and traffic is horrible. Even going on trains is horrible. It will be better indeed 7am server time, unless you guys push this to a weekend.
Sensation Posted February 25, 2014 Report Posted February 25, 2014 If this would be pushed to the weekend, it'll fill the weekend even more. Friday & saturday(sunday for some) together host 3 WoEs and a GvG on sunday(monday for some). I understand it'll be the time when people have the most spare time. But keep this in mind, Eurasian WoE has one castle that basically only is really interesting in the last 2 minutes. If anything, reduce the amount of castles, creating more competition on the current items. Maybe people would form one guild instead of 5 small ones and some actual defense/attack strategies would be formed. I think, once that issue would be solved, we would be ready for adding another WoE/castle.
