which to prefer, int belts or expert ring with Imp card?

urd with imp. keke. I will go with belt den expert ring.

let's give an example. 2 expert ring with 2 imp = +50% more damage on firebolt.
So if your damage was like 3000 per hit, it will become 3000 x 150% = 4500

For belt, it gives you +80 more int. I assume it will help to increase ur matk by 3500-4000.
I don't have the formula for matk damage but I will say that it will not be that far off with 2 imp on expert ring.
And the best thing is it affect ALL the other magic skills. Not to mention your soft mdef as well. So why choose expert ring with imp?

Int belts of course. 50% more damage is pointless if your matk is too low to begin with.

however 2x expert ring gives 10% after cast delay reduction. all in all with 3 kiels youll have 100% spam rate. it is also quite useful if you have high ping. but if you dont use a specific bolt. you can go with int belts. or a combination of 2. XD

2x belt . more int = more useful .

because on my point of view, even you have 100% reduce after cast delay if you have low damage its still no good . you can spam fast but people also can spam seed .

or try partying with a clown :D
