Norse_Joog Posted November 13, 2013 Report Posted November 13, 2013 +1 , i wanna see my Emp damage using my own build and I think it will also be a big help during WOEs since player can now train their selves as breakers and through that many other players will play breakers an add a lot on the population during WOEs
