jameslamela Posted November 9, 2013 Report Share Posted November 9, 2013 hmmm... well, thats an advantage of WS coz they doesnt need kiels. only a good ping+195 ASPD make there skills spammable.. but some WS says that kiels help there skills like CT and throw tomahawk make even more spammable which im not sure about... Basicly helps the spam if kyrie price , also maybe for reflect damage delay So maybe that's one good reason any one got more?
