Rayray Posted June 24, 2013 Report Posted June 24, 2013 Before any kind of bashing, hear me out first. Our vote items are great, way better than our voting items in the past. However, they are all made for new guys. What this means is once the new guys got all the items they needed in the voting section(vote fset, aura, scarf), they stop voting. Which means, in order for us to maintain our ranks in the ranking sites, we have to get tons of new guys every month. This works but we might need something better. Therefore, I am urging the community to give some ideas and suggestions that you might want to get in the voting section. And I do not care if it takes 300 votes to 500 votes or something, but make it something that even Veterans will vote for. There are tons of veterans here that do not vote since they do not need anything in there. Better Vote items = higher rankings = more players. I don't really see any harm on this unless the items were way too OP. Items veterans might need in the voting section: 1. new headgears that give certain effects for different classes(LIKE what HOD does) 2. new auras 3. new lower headgears 4. new headgears that enable certain skills (like sight for example)

Autopsies Posted June 24, 2013 Report Posted June 24, 2013 While I do think that the current vote items are an awesome incentive and spoil new players nicely, I do agree that an incentive should be given for veterans. I've disagreed with the suggestion about vote expansion hats, but as of now I do agree with that suggestion plus some. Older players and players who've gotten all they need from the vote system probably don't see the reason to vote anymore. I mean, attracting new players should be the first thing in mind, but some players will want something in return at least in the long run. These new vote items could include stuff like: Vote expansion hats A vote pokeball (think Safari pokeball, but able to tame any monster) Items that give useful bonuses but expire (such as a 50% chance to make any monster drop a yggdrasil seed, etc) Perhaps a new Voter Dungeon with even better drops than the seed/speed room, with a vote-able pass that expire Just kinda throwing random stuff out there... I'll edit this post if I can think of anything else.

Haha How about bringing back the pikachu helm thing? The reflect headgear , i love this helmm.. Haha
PhoenixBlaze Posted June 24, 2013 Report Posted June 24, 2013 (edited) Rather than voting for stronger items, being able to vote for a variety of "fun hats" may be something a lot of people would want, however, these hat's should take a lot of vote points to obtain them, or else it would become too mainstream. ;D.
