Get up for work: 7:30am, bus: 8:10am, start work: 9am-5pm. Problem? CAN'T...SLEEP. Insomnia is trolling my body. Body= I'm tired, time to sleep. Insomnia= "LOLNOSLEEP4U" I...I just...want to sleep. Nearly walked into the damn door at work today because I've been getting 3 hours of sleep if that much for the last few days. Not to mention adding dizziness to zombie-like state. Fml.
Rayray Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 i feel ya, i get insomnia as well. only thing is my workplace doesnt care what time i get to work, as long as i do 8 hours of work done for the day. insomnia has no real cure and i dont take sleeping pills, normally i just drink warm milk with honey and listen to music and try to sleep.

y u mad Posted January 4, 2013 Author Report Posted January 4, 2013 Can't drink coffee, it makes my heart palpate. I have temazepam 25mg, which is a controlled substance sleeping medication. Took one yesterday because I couldn't sleep, it knocked me out around midnight. Woke up at 4am for about 2 mins then knocked back out. When I woke up in the morning to go to work, I was in a zombie-like state the whole day and falling asleep. I nearly fell asleep taking a damn shower, HOT shower, mind you. xD

There, they let you punch yourself and stuff without you even knowing....how's that even possible?????Meh! beats me..it's kinda fun though! Well....on the topic...I think your stressed. I can feel it..because mostly, people experience insomnia because they are stressed some say that it's self induced and stuff or sometimes psychological. The best way to cure this is free yourself from any stress. Take a break from work(yay!!), from fRO(sadly,but not for long!!), from GF(well....not most of the time :D)and from stressful environment or situation. Take a breather, I mean our body is like a machine, you use it too much it wears off..so from time to time it needs an overhaul, a repainting job, a tuning(well you know what I mean). Drinking stuffs is not the cure, its from taking a time off from the stressful world! good luck pal! chao!
