thePast Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 He doesnt die inside the castle, Shreya still dies ;x Quote
Aerynth Posted December 9, 2012 Author Report Posted December 9, 2012 5 man guild, where else you have a whole guild. Rofl. She tanks all of you easily, and the only time she dies is when she devo me when I am on full break. Quote
Norse_Joog Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 (edited) dude for me its IPoor.. i don't know hes real name but hes the best pally i've witness Edited December 9, 2012 by Norse_Joog Quote
TensaZangetsu Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 Best paladin pvp wise, that ive witness is Thi@go, but full tank paladin isn't that hard, since that's all i see now and days Quote
Bii Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 I think you mean Sentient's in contention for the best "Support" Paladin. Because if you mean best paladin, I think active players like [FS] Jow, Yummi and iPoor gives better range as they are not just pure support, they actually kill players via reflect too. Which is important to a guild to kill tough nuts like Cool Girl. Just a thought! Quote
Aerynth Posted December 10, 2012 Author Report Posted December 10, 2012 (edited) I know reflect plays a great deal, she is already great as a "support" Paladin, I barely die even when there is many around emp. She does play reflect too, but I can't afford her to be on reflect during WoE, as we are a small guild against everyone. I'd say she has that so called "range" as well, she's hasn't played paladin as long as the players you mention but she sure knows how to go out of "support" as well. I find it funny you guys didn't mention her it at all. To be honest, it isn't hard to go out of "support" if you have the knowledge. I would like to add Handy into the list as well of you would like to talk about all rounder Paladin, but I still stand with what I say about Shreya. She still is amongst the top if not, she is the best amongst the top. Just my thought too, :) Edited December 10, 2012 by Aerynth Quote
Bii Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 I apologize for not giving her credit for her skills, mainly because I think i've not seen her or played against/with her during WoE. But i know how hard being a paladin in a small guild is, since you're expected to step it up and bring your A game everytime you make your move to the emperium. And since we're about credits, I adore small guilds who aren't afraid to go for last minute breaking, and succeed most of the time. For that, +1 kudos to you guys! Quote
Rayray Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 It's hard to get credits for Shreya since: 1. She doesn't really pvp much, she only does when i ask her to devo me somewhere :p. 2. She's not always on every woe we have 3. We normally all just chill out somewhere. Of course, us guild members of hers will agree that she is the best devo paladin there is hands down.. We know because of how hard it is to WoE without her. Again, as Shane already mentioned, we cannot afford to make her go reflect on woe. Her strength speaks for itself when a 5 man guild (2 sinx breakers, 1 prof, 1 bio and 1 pally) can break Alde castle while tanking a whole guild with more than 20 members at the emp area. I haven't even seen other guilds try to break alde castle before we did, all people try to break is payon. Killing people isn't the hard part, supporting is. Supporting isn't easy, as you make sure everyone is alive while keeping your buffs and everything in check. Also, I like to give credit to Handy as well for being an STR pally. however with the recent delay changes that wrecked his build, he kinda retired his pally sadly. 1 Quote
Luxiana Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 You guys are forgetting Ken's Grand Cross paladin. That one was fun to play with on WoEs back at days :3 2 Quote

Just my thought too, :)She hasn't play long but you're saying she's the best? i'm not against Shreya but i disagree with your statement. What people call "best" ( imo ) is they who have been play the class long enough and knows what to use, perfect stats, perfect support ( devo, magnum break traps, reflect, dispell, freeze), etc, not just someone who plays good at a part but doesn't did the other part ( support isn't just devo, it's called tanker, not support ). I know, it's your thought, everyone has their own thought for who's the best :o Quote
Rayray Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 ^your definition of best sounds like jack of all trades, master of none. Every class has 2-3 different roles. Sure, someone might be better at Shreya as a pvp paladin. But my thoughts are still the same, Shreya is one of the best, if not the best, support pally I have ever had the privilege to party with. Again, we cannot afford her to go any other role except support in woe, not even reflect. her job in woe for a small guild like ours is is to stay alive and make our members stay alive. so far she's been awesome. Tanking a full guild while supporting members is not an easy feat. Oh and Im surprised no one mentioned Damascus' paladin(Remy Lebeau). Quote
thePast Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 ^your definition of best sounds like jack of all trades, master of none. It's possible, Yummi does it. Quote
Luxiana Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 (edited) Yup he's gone, I know. :( O I forgot to say, Shreya is an op pally. And y r u guys fighting here o_o; everyone has different opinion on this, relax! P.S. - Edelweiss - was the best pally I knew. Word. Edited December 10, 2012 by Luxiana Quote

I know, it's your thought, everyone has their own thought for who's the best :o It didn't took me long to learn how to play a breaker. It took me a month to master it. It's not the matter of how long you play the class, its how you play the class. The same case for Shreya, it didn't took her long to learn how to be a great Paladin, she learned it well, over a short period of time, and has proven so in WoEs. Sure she hasn't been on the PvP limelight as much, but if she does, you would find it a tough time to counter her. Do not get me started on how the "leader" of a certain guild gather a few member to bring her down on PvP enabled map and was unable to do so. This proves she knows what to use and when not to use when dealing with different jobs. Still, I respect your opinion, I am not denying there are other good paladin out there, but in my eyes, she is the best. Reflecting, dispelling, Magic reflect, equipment breaking, battle chanting, magnum break, freezing, all of which aren't hard to do. It's rather, easy. So please don't tell me as if only a seasoned player is able to do so, it depends solely on the player. She has the full capability in doing so. Quote
