Old Vote Scarf

I have 2 of these and its just sitting in my storage.

I want to suggest that it goes back to lower gear and nerf the effect instead.

So that there is use for it. Pvp or Mvp wise.

Effect could be +5 all stat or just immune to freeze alone.

Clash of the Vote Scarf; correct me if I'm wrong, old scarves and new scarves are not the same sprite.

If I remember right the new scarves looks more fluffier than the old ones.

So player can still define, what effect does what.

i agree to this.. even just the immune to freeze is a huge thing instead of it just sitting there in storage
