I Cant Spam Focus Arrows

Why i can't spam focus arrow with 3 kiels? before I can spam as fast I can, I'm not a BN or Macro user, not a cheater afterall, but why now I can`t spam with it? what happen?

Help please, let me know some changes on the cast delays, what should I do so I can spam again faster..

There was a lot of changes in the delays. You now need 4kiels to spam FAS, 3 for DS.

LOL. i can spam ds even without kiels. I tested it many times.kiels have no effect at all

All wrong, as a Sniper, I can tell you that kiels increase ds spam, and 4 kiels is absolutely the same thing as 3 kiels

guys this was an old topic, this was before when they are trying to settle spam rate for skills, and 4 kiels still work.
