Aftercast Delay On Skills

how about removing/reducing the aftercast delay on flying side kick, running, warm wind, tumbling, zen, fury, asura, double strafe, throwing spirit sphere, fire bolt, cold bolt, lightning bolt for starters?

mainly the flying side kick, running and the zen, fury, asura need to be fixed because without those delays being removed the classes are useless as all hell (except maybe for champs but for star glads without those skills they are pretty useless against other players).

k nvm i just checked back and with that new edit patch it fixed those up.

flying side kick is still having a delay which shouldn't be there since it's baised off of atk speed.

sniper delays are somewhat ok atm. at least you can spam DS.

asura is a bit slower then before. i suppose that lowering asura and TSS delay to 0 wouldnt hurt anyone because breakneck is not compatiable with champion class.

got little time for now but i am willing to test the rest. thanks.

TSS is fine as it is atm, asura seems fine too, but earlier flying side kick had a major delay making it non-spammable

yea if the delay on flying side kick is left there it will make the class pointless to play since the other kicks are weak compared to other classes damage.

The kicks arent really weak if you use the right weapon, but yeah flying side kick is a major part of most Star Gladiator builds & needs to be changed

even with the right weapon it's still not strong enough to be a real pvp class. but back on topic it needs fixing I havne't seen too much else that's a problem but I have been having some client issues I will have major client lag even though my internet is perfectly fine. anyone else having problems like that?

Sonic Blow is unspammable atm(dunno if that was intended). i am using 3 kiels+ 2x expert rings and the delay is still anti-fun. granted SB hurts, but the only time you will be able to kill someone with it is if you can spam 2 SB consecutively(being people now have a normal hp of 280k+), and that is not possible unless maybe you wear 4kiels( i dont have that so i cant test). I maybe one of the few that uses sonic blow since it is a kill or be killed(unlike snipers, we dont have one handed katars :p).

Focus Arrow Strike is unspammable too, and i use 3 kiels and i cant

Do you have kitty claws/Soul Link?

I'll take a look into flying kick and try to test a few things. Thanks for the comments guys!

^ no kitty claws but i had link. using fkatars which has 5% aftercast reduce(kitty had 10%). if I have that much delay, i doubt kitty claws would do much

im a sinX using sonic blow, i just tried 4 kiels with kitty and with link but i can only make 1 sonic blow (if I got lucky,i can make 2,but chances are low,like 10% i think)...is this final already?

Well, Genesis mentioned in the announcement that none of this is really finalized and will require adjustments. If you find things that you think aren't right then it is best to let us know. These kinds of things can take various tweaks to get them working properly but in my opinion it is all well worth it to make sure everyone has an equal footing and that third party programs aren't abused.

On the topic of Assassin Cross' Sonic Blow: This is a skill and class that is extremely difficult to balance without making it too over-powered or under-powered. I'm sure it can be double checked if the delay is supposedly too far off.

as far as i can tell the delay is bad. to be honest sonic blow sinx even with programs weren't that bad it's just when they start to get 5 of them all at once that use programs it gets to be annoying. but anyway i haven't seen too much else that's a problem has anyone had any problems with clown/gypsy? or other classes for that matter?

i just want SB sinx to be able to spam at least 2 consecutively again.. 5 is overkill, anyone who does that with programs should be buried alive.

well if we count my ping, the max I could do is 3 before.. now there is like a second or 2 before i am able to hit the 2nd SB.

We're still working on perfecting some of the skill delays, please make a new suggestion compiling any and all skills you guys have observed that need to be tweaked either because they're too spammable or you feel there is too much of a delay. (Note: no skills we have edited will ever have 0 delay again.)
