i wanna hear from the clowns in our community though..

BTW, isn't DS supposedly gets it's delay from your aspd? so if you have 195 aspd, you should have little to no delay right? unless it was changed significantly

tested clown just now. 4 kiels allow to 2 AV spam with sidewalk technique. without it you cant spam. sometimes it pops out 3!

and DS now got some global cooldown, not aspd based.

I would better have breakneckers on this server then this....

If by "Spamable" you mean as fast as it has been in the past then yes, it will never be that fast.

that's not the point. the point is that the delay that you put into the server is causing the server to have delays on 99% of the skills. i couldn't even spam flying side kick or any other skills for that matter on my star glad. BN users were fine they got raped like normal anyway it's not like it makes much difference. the problem is that DD sinx have not been hurt by any of this which makes them the most dangerous class on the server right now.

that was the key mechanic of forsaken ro. fast spam vs fast ygg. that what made pvp here different and interesting. i personally dont care about BN users THAT much to ruin the gameplay. IMO.

hmm, i see a delay on ygg spamming coming into effect. with the way it is now it will really be about who can hold more yggs.

it will be about which assassin will hold more yggs, as classes need 4 kiels to spam, assassins dont need kiels therefore can use fsoldier instead and puppetring card will be used. So I predict a rise in the price of sinx valkyrie weapons.. yay

^ uhh no not yay... that's not good because even with 4 kiels you can't spam worth a damn as it is now. imo remove the newest patch test it on a test server and then when it's fixed and there are no more bugs then impliment it. that way things like this don't happen, and the issues will be kept to a minimum.

btw the idea of this was to catch BN users but we don't need something like this to ruin the gameplay just to catch the 10 people using BN on the server. GM's should be watching if they see something suspicious then they should go check it out and make a video of it themselves after all that is sort of their job...

nobody can be actually killed with this rate of spam. only profs with 4 kiels + full matk gears + mind breaker are somewhat dangerous cus they kill in 2 bolts which is 1 cast with doublebolt. sinxes are now top one killers. champions cal only rely on one asura. no oneshot kill? better luck next time. paladins are now immortal. totally.

and yeah, i think that closes the list of playable classes for now. sadness

yea and that's the problem. i would rather deal with BN faggots instead of having this delay on all classes.

Reenabling the use of breakneck is not going to be an option. Tweaks can be made but this will not be done. If you can't deal with that then there is nothing I can do for you. Its always been about who can spam yggs faster, since day 1. Not sure why this is all of a sudden an issue.

it's one thing to be able to spam yggs but it's a whole different story to have only 2 classes that can be used. sinx and pally are going to be the only classes that will be played because as was said before pally can't die and sinx can't get stoned and can tank enough to survive. think about how woe will be played when people can't spam fast enough and all it takes is a pally and a sinx to break an emp vs an entire guild. you might think that this sounds good but sorry that's not how it used to be. this server was built around ygg spam but it was also built around different classes being able to spam different things with this new patch you have removed the foundation of the server.

I think the administrator would know what the so-called foundation of the server is better than you would. We are still making adjustments, everyone should just relax and stop overreacting.

i mean not ygg spamming rate but skill spamming rate. there is no need to spam ygg if you get no damage. tweaks should make server aftercast delay lower. to make it perfect, it should allow maximum human spam rate. I would say 0.10 - 0.15 - 0.20 sec delay on skills (according to my feelings; cus you need to do 3 actions: [1.skill 2.aim 3.click] using skill and click take little to no time, aiming is fast when person stands at the same place). so even if person spams at maximum speed its yggable and bn users will get dc alot - so that still makes no point in using bn.

I use DD sinx. while yes because of this I had less problems with most clowns and sniper with equal gear to mine, champs are still annoying because of blade stop. DD sinx might become the strongest class again even without valk weapons(just like in 2008-2009)

But I kinda disagree with them being the strongest right now. I believe the strongest are either Paladins or LK. Both got valk weapons and I don't think LK lost anything from this kiel issues.

Any WS here that would like to weigh in if they got affected too?

^ agreed. the delay of the server is too much for anyone to bother playing anything but sinx/pally or a prof with 4 kiels and full matk gear. the pvp system is going to be broken for a while untill the skill delay is fixed/removed. if the kiel effect is increased by another 5% per kiel or even 10% per kiel that might help with the delay but the problem is that all skills even those that don't require kiels are having aftercast delay like double strafe. if all skills are having a delay that means the server is putting a mandatory aftercast delay on the skills which needs to be looked at.

WS are fine they haven't been affected by the kiel issue as far as i can tell.

Lks are the one that are more than fine. DD sinx is not that affected but certain skills are. i used to be able to spam sand attack against champs that spam blade stop. not anymore haha. although the delay on backslide is kinda ok, at least it isn't spammable that makes most sinx run after you dispell them

Its funny that everyone is saying that LKs weren't affected when they were the ones that were hit hardest. I'll be clear, delay will not be made to 0 as it was before. Stop suggesting that, it isn't going to happen. Delay as it is now is probably going to stay this way. Slight (read: minimal) delay changes can be done to certain skills.

OP's purpose was to have an update on what was wrong with kiels, which was resolved.
