Sensation Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 I use(d) AK74U for almost everything, try playing with burst instead of spraying all over the place, it makes the recoil much more doable. Recently I'm quick scoping instead, with the L96A1 and almost always a pistol as secondary (I like to switch fast when I'm out of ammo). Other good guns are the Famas, AUG (barely no recoil at all) and if you have a super nice aim & accuracy, the FAL rocks, spam that shoot button though. Just go trial & error and you'll find the gun & perks that suit you the most.

Doing a lot better now, but that might also be because I'm getting used to the maps. Killing more often, dying less! Hehe. I actually PRO'd my Sleight of Hand perk too! You CAN duel wield the last shot gun in the list. 2. More or less the same perks, minus stopping power, plus some newer perks. 3. No riot shield, but it doesnt make a diffrence. Riot shields were fun imo. 4. About the frame rates. Not really anything diffrent. MW2 was smoother imo. 5. Silencer makes a big difference. It doesnt matter if they hear your shots, you wont be on the radar. I rather infiltrate enemy spawns, and take out enemies, leaving the others clueless. The moment i play with out a suppressor, i am attacked more from all directions because im usually around enemies by myself with no one to cover my ass, if i am the only red dot, surrounded many green arrows on the enemy radar, its hardly likely that i wont be hunted down. It really depends on the game mode and the map. Some maps i would just use a reflex sight etc. Other than that, I always use a silencer, it makes difference. Heres what i dislike about Black Ops: Lag. Way more Lag than Infinity Ward's COD series. Its terrible. In black ops it requires you to Lead your shots way too much. You would have your sight perfectly over someone, yet no hit markers at all. The game is fail, and people camp way harder now. (Motion Sensors) Sprayers win, thats fail too. The guns are hardly impressive. The game is vertically challenged. Some objects clearly appear climbable/jump over able, but you tend to find out its not in the middle of a gun fight costing you your life. diving is pointless, unless being an ass having fun dying. Anyway, all in all, my main concern is, Treyarch created this game, hence its online failness. Honestly, why did i buy black ops. If Infinity Ward is the inventor, creator, and developer of Call of Duty to begin with, since COD1, COD2, MW1, MW2, how can Treyarch make COD better than them, they cant. The only thing that is great about any Treyarch COD is, Zombies in WAW and BLACK OPS. Its really fun. other than that. xboxlive and psn, and steam Black Ops = Shit. Horrible Dynamics. 3/5. COD4 MW has the best campaign story line, and to me even the online mp in that game is still damn fun. MW2 online again is impressive. Your bullets actually hit.. Not that im bad at Black Ops. I have a consistent positive K/D (1.5 nothing too impressive but its good) and a near 20% accuracy which is considered good btw. Sometimes i get scores like 29 : 4 k/d. Black Ops is frustrating, and i tend to gain stress rather than relieve it like i do when i play MW2. BTW getting weapons and perks and attachments and camos are way too easy in black ops. You should have to earn your attachments especially like in MW.
Masahiro Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 i agree with everything zac said as if he read my mind above, EXCEPT for the harder to get your perks and stuff the similar reason why its annoying to prestige ive done it in all the cod games and its become old, id rather just cut to the chase the only reason i prestiged now is to be eligable for the prestige lobby where i think better players would be.. or would have since every1 and their mother prestiges. prestige level is little indication of skill, and more an indication of your boredom level, but when i do prestige id rather get the stuff i want to use now for now instead of 2 levels before im able to prestige once more, at which time it just may tempt me.
