first of all LOL, second this will make it so gypsies and clowns can use which ever skills they please. thats the only negative i could think of, other then its not natural to change from what you were born as.

If this has to change something in the database, I disagree with an NPC. As said before, editing the database through an ingame script is never wise. Plus you'll have that Bard/Dancer problem.

I don't really see this as being necessary though, there have been a few known cases, but that was long ago, and not done anymore.

how about this, you could not sex change accounts with bards or dancers... so thats better.. and uhmm make this a none npc thing and place this in the control panel. with 200m cost. hows that? thatll be fine i think.

If i am right Genesis/relinquish deals with SQL stuff.They wont even let the event gms/sub gms to interfere with that.Why would he let a normal player do that?lol simple as that.

During woe,clowns get soul link which obviously gives them slow grace skill.In this case clowns would just change their sex during woe for that skill.The purpose of bard soul link will be ruined.

Not that i am against this suggestion,but if a good solution is found for the clown/gypsy problem,then i dont see whats wrong with adding a npc that changes sex.

When it comes right down to it... This isn't necessary at all. It could cause issues. Sure GM's have a command for it, but that's another story. We don't use that command hardly ever. It isn't needed. Adding an NPC for Sex Change would almost be like adding an NPC for Name changes. Both or either of which aren't possible/won't happen. If you want a female or male account, why not just make a new account?

I also disagree with this, I don't want this on fRO. >.< Why pay the NPC like 200m zeny to have a sex change when you can create a boy/girl account for free. Just make a new account if you want to be the opposite sex in game? o.o

Well you see the thing is I've main clown and been playing this server for quite awhile now and all my vote are on one account but I wanna play gypsie Now but I wouldn't be as strong as before without my vote items I mean come like a charge of 100 coupons or something for a sex change will help take coupons out of the server more then rental weapon npc so that may help the economy because come on rarely anyone use rental weapon npc..so this will help the economy and satisfied people who wanna change there sex without losing there vote coupons. I've seen this npc in every server so I asume this isn't hard to do.

I understand that you can vote and get points on several account but I don't think it count for the sites but that's a whole another topic and I don't have time voting for several accounts.
