On August 21st he said two more weeks which means it would end September 4th. The items are still on the donation page though so it's a good question...

Even if time limits were stipulated, as long as they are in the donation page they're still up to be donated for. It was like this with the Zodiacs.

There's no special offer right now. Two Valk Weapons are rewarded for a donation of $60 ($30 each).

I don't know what they might do in the future though.
