Shining Emp

just like shining plant, it changes colors. is this possible? if it is i bet it will be worth 500k dqs!

There's already alot of emps but this is a interesting idea. The emp will cost alot.

I don't think it would work. I'm not too knowledgeable on spriting, but I believe you need to be moving for your own character to change colors. That's why blue turns green or green turns blue I forgot which it was, but they change colors sometimes when you walk.

like i said before i didnt say it should be implemented just asking if it was possible so it shouldnt be under suggestions. also rainbow emp is fckin ugly lol. its just all the colors while the shining emp would be one solid color but change every second to another color. just like the shining plant
