Kittie Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 Get FCP and a GTB card and 'bam!' problem solved! That basically renders the Gypsy/Clown class useless since Arrow Vulcan isn't powerful enough to kill someone unless they either suck or the Gypsy/Clown has a Thana card.

Kittie Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 Considering that it's extremely hard to spam 3 AVs on a moving target, 80k will not be able to kill you when a Gypsy/Clown normally spams AV 2 times in a row. If you're a stationary target, then sure, you might die if they are able to luckily spam AV 3 times. But it's very rare, unfortunately. The gypsy would probably die before they got to spam 3 AVs since their evasion skills are limited, unlike assassins and stalkers backsliding and champions pneuma'ing and snapping away. A lot of people who duel Gypsy/Clowns tend to switch between Usakoring and GTB, depending on what the Gypsy/Clown is using - Tarot vs. AV, so most likely they would spam 3 AVs in a row when you had Usakoring, unless you were too scared to switch off of GTB.

Kittie Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 (edited) Clicking on someone to attack and therefore following them, is a lot different than trying to repeatedly spam a skill, involving clicking a hotkey & the target and repeating, within a designated timeframe to ensure that you can execute three (or even more) sudden bursts of heavy damage enough to kill. People have more problems defending against TSS and Asura than Tarot and AV. With the latter, there is more delay involved in between attacks. TSS, you can spam repeatedly in a chain of TSS's, with AV you have a specific timeframe (idk exactly) that you have to use the skill and click the target over and over to pull off a chain of AVs in a row. This makes it hard to click the same target when its walking around - or better yet snapping or backsliding around. TSS's are way more deadly - even Professor's double bolts with the new enhanced staff are more intimidating than an Arrow Vulcan! Edited January 9, 2010 by Kittie
