3rd Classes

I've seen alot of talk about 3rd classes, I thought it would be kinda cool to have them on our server.

What do you think? Here's a list of the class's names

Rune Knight (Changes from Knight, Lord Knight)

Warlock (Changes from Wizard, High Wizard)

Ranger (Changes from Hunter, Sniper)

Arc Bishop (Changes from Priest, High Priest)

Guillotine Cross (Changes from Assassin, Assassin Cross)

Mechanic (Changes from Black Smith, White Smith)

Royal Guard (Changes from Crusader, Paladin)

Shura (Changes from Monk, Champion)

Sorcerer (Changes from Sage, Scholar)

Dark Chaser (Changes from Rogue, Stalker)

Generic (Changes from Alchemist, Biochemist)

Minstrel (Changes from Bard, Clown) *note Clown is what our Minstrel is now.

Wanderer (Changes from Dancer, Gypsy)

Finally, here are some UNOFFICIAL abilities of some of the classes from Ragnarok Guide

Priest –> Archbishop

Males appear like those serious members of the clergy. Females look like the pope in the Rachel temple.

Improved existing supportive skills.

Many new anti-Demon/Undead skills will be added. However selecting them will reduce the effectiveness or lose out on some of the supportive skills.

Added skills that allows Archbishop to do physical melee damage.

Assassin –> Guillotine Cross

The Guillotine Cross looks like Loki. Armors are made of bones and sharp tusks.

There is a DPS (Damage per second) which is very strong but when the skill fail, there will be consequences.

Many different types of poison will be added. In addition, it will be armed with new skills using poisons.

Blacksmith –> Mechanic

The Mechanic is the job of 3rd Blacksmith. The mechanic’s sprite has only one garment.

They can create more new weapons. They can now create auto-attack items for the transcendent.

Improved skills using items rather than direct physical battle.

There's been a lot of talk about 3rd classes being implemented into our server already. And again, the repeated answer will be the same. They won't be implemented until a long time because it will definitely cause more imbalance on our server.

on a normal server they are imbalanced already as of this moment. Until people here had done some tests, I don't think it would be wise to put them yet.

You should get around more, I've played/am playing some which are balanced. They're more fun tbh.

They're not imbalanced at all unless you make them, they all have potential at fighting, do you think this server is balanced? A few major classes shouldn't dominate a server, all classes should be equal.

Renewal, and thus, third jobs, are all is testing phase even to the main korean server.

Several balancing measures are yet to be taken to proper implement them.

Almost isn't completely, so there you go, you have given yourself the answer why they're still not balanced or implemented.

Almost done except for 2 classes being genetic and sorcerer* since you're being a smart ass about a phrase.

The skills have been aligned already, the atk dmg, the atk modifiers, ect.

How are you a GM if you lack proper knowledge? sigh.

Actually, they are doing alot behind the scenes. Not just new class skills but older skills as well. Let's not forget, no private server has the new mechanics ( I'm not referring to the classes ) which are required for everything past episode 12.
