sessions Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 (edited) Okay so today I will be teaching you (the reader) how to play the dreaded Ninja Stalker. I am, as of now, assuming that you are level 255. If you are not, go bum a leech off of someone. This is also, unfortunately, assuming you have at least elite set. (3k Argos is a bitch) Reason its called Ninja Stalker: You copy a ninja skill (Lightning Spear of Ice) as a stalker. Gears. Helm: Fhelm, best aura, rucksack/mouthpiece Although kiels are not needed for LSoI (absolutely no delay) It would be nice to have them for Stripping purposes. Not really necessary though. Maya P Forsaken Soldier OR 2x Gemini Armor: Farmor, or Elite armor Tao + Tao OL + OL (I mean you can try to survive that asura, but its more lols to watch them failkill themselves) Gr + Tao (for neutral attacks *cough* AD, Martyrs, Asura etc. etc.) Byorgue + Tao/Byorgue (Increases Stalkers ATK and MATK by 10% each. Nice. Caution: HP will be low with two and even one) For those using elite set: Gr/Marc or Marc/Tao is nice for immunity to freeze And a personal favorite, Garm + Puppetring (Freeze 50% and Stone Curse 10% Watch them stop moving + Strip them nakey) You can play with your unbreakable RSX armor all you want, but you shouldn't be getting hit too often so in my opinion its not all that necessary. Plus you WANT the knockback. Distance is your friend. Shield: Fshield, Elite Shield, Valk Shield for gtb, strong shield/orleans server for maya Usakoring GTB Maya No explanation necessary. Cloak: Fcloak or Elite Cloak. Skoll + Skoll (thana / ice pick users only... otherwise take it off) Devi + Devi (if you really want to survive asura) Hollowring + Hollowring (if nothing else so you can actually have decent SP) Raydric + Raydric (Safer way to survive all those neutral attacks) Sinx card is kind of fun. Who doesn't want 3 ways to become invisible PLUS you can Strip right out of Cloaking, as opposed to having to un-stealth and then strip Boots: Fboots or Elite boots 2x FBH. (You'll need the +20% MATK) Other options... oh wait there aren't really any (Except maybe 2x hp cards, Green Ferus, Antique Firelock, etc) Accesories: Donation belts or non donation 2x int belts (for pure dmg) Nevermind. Dex belts have no affect on stripping, only base dex. If pressed for money, go buy mixB belts. I see them go for as low as 30 (Two of those will get you +40 Dex, Int and Luk... For whatever that's worth) Weapon: Stalker Dagger + 4 kingrings---->They fixed that Annoying Weapon (ValkR, WS, Stormy Knight, Dragoon Warlord/LOD maybe) Not really necessary, but hey it never hurts. Stats: Raise these in the order I put them.. To avoid adding unnecessary stats. Higher stripping build Dex: 190ish Int: 260~ multiple of 5, and 7 if possible for maxmatk bonus(5) , and minmatk bonus (7) Agi: 195 ASPD---> only needed for using the annoying weapon, if not then no agi Str: 30-80 (depends on how much stuff you want to carry) Vit: Rest goes here. Full damage build Dex: 150 total Int: 29x multiple of 5 and 7, mainly 5. Agi: 195 aspd, once again optional Str: 30-80 Vit: Rest goes here. General Strategy: You can hide and area skills won't reveal you (minus Heaven's Drive... yay gtb.) You can stealth and sight/ruwach/detect won't reveal you. Use those to your advantage. As a quick side note: Get a soul link via dual clienting and then get Increase Agility. Stealth. Gratz, you now move faster than someone with speed pots. This can be handy. Specially in WoE, because you can't backslide (and yet champs have snap >.<) Your general strategy is this: Stealth up to within a few squares. Pop out and start LSoI'ing them. They should die (yay ambush). If not just keep at it and watch them waste their yggs in for_fild01 or lhz_dun03. They're probably looking for their gtb, because despite how "pr0" everyone says they are, they really aren't that pro. When they put it up (you'll start missing) instantly stealth or backslide away. Approach them cautiously and try to strip. Personally I wait for them to try to reveal me because then I can strip instantly. Strip + backslide or strip + stealth and DO NOT take much damage. Stalker's HP sucks. Your main goal is to stay away and keep from being hit. That's about it... Oh and FCP + GTB is your mortal enemy. Run to your mommy crying (or your sinx/champ so you can pwnzor that lame person with FCP) Special Strategy Against Commonly Seen Classes: Sinxes: They will most likely not be wearing a shield. No worries about GTB here. Spam LSoI until you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. If they get close enough to do dmg, ygg and attempt a couple of strips and then backslide a couple times to gain distance. Repeat spamming. They should die eventually O.o If they put GTB on, you know what to do... nakedify them Champs: Put on that OL + OL and watch the asurafail. Or go for reducts and throw your Gr + 2x devi + usakoring on and hope your HP is enough. Personally I prefer the OL + OL approach. This is all assuming the champ is after you. Spam LSoI, their HP sucks. If they aren't after you, their HP is fail so hit them with a few LSoI and they'll die. For TSS Champ Spam your LSoI. Their ygging will screw up their TSS. Creator with GTB: Just run away. It's not worth it. That's about it... I think. Whew its midnight now and I'm tired. Well this kept me from being bored. Hope you use your new found knowledge to make people naked with your awesome stripping skills. If you already knew all of this, keep your "I so much gudder than you" comments to yourself. Thanks for reading all the way down here :O Finally editted this. Edited December 30, 2009 by sessions
Meth0d Posted December 26, 2009 Report Posted December 26, 2009 Is there anyway to increase your chance to strip someone??? I always see people stripping on their first try. Mine takes like 20 tries to strip em. Is there a way or is it just luck?
plotus2 Posted December 26, 2009 Report Posted December 26, 2009 dex Specifically, raise ur HIT. I raised mine to 500. Phreeoni card would help.
luisdgs19 Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Specifically, raise ur HIT. I raised mine to 500. Phreeoni card would help. WTF Is that true Phreeoni card increase strip rate? all my life i thought not , 4 years. x.x
Rayray Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 correct me if im wrong but i think it is based on your dex and the target's dex. that is why it is harder to strip dex type classes(snipers, clowns, gypsies, and gunslingers)
Genesis Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Last time I played stalker the formula was based on dex. *Edit* it is based on dex.
Meth0d Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 soo.. how much dex do i need in order for me to strip them the first try? does it have to be max dex? coz i need to save up for int.
Rayray Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 it still depends on the target's dex too in my experience. i had a total of 300 dex last time, i can pretty much strip people the first time but if the target is a clown, i tend to fail a lot.
Rayray Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 i never knew that... sooooo that's why when i tried doing that to a clown he just laughed. bish
sessions Posted December 30, 2009 Author Report Posted December 30, 2009 (edited) Lol. I forgot about this guide. And as far as I know the formula is like (5+2*SkillLV)+(YourDex-EnemyDex)/5 And its all base dex. So wearing dex belts has nothing to do with it. Finally editted this. Ethereal Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Lol. I forgot about this guide. And as far as I know the formula is like (5+2*SkillLV)+(YourDex-EnemyDex)/5 And its all base dex. So wearing dex belts has nothing to do with it. Finally editted this. Dex belts doesn't affect strip? Oh my. o_o; I actually never knew that. Might consider playing stalker again. o:
Meth0d Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 whoa. so i dont need dex belts then =.=
Rayray Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 ok time to start working on a new build with 300 base dex lol
sessions Posted December 31, 2009 Author Report Posted December 31, 2009 300 dex, some strength to carry yggs, rest on vit. Full reductions+vit belts+strip=lols.
