Event weapons and equipment

probably this hasnt been proposed yet but, how about adding new items to the event NPC particulary I would suggest weapons!

of course weapons should be in a diferent level than the headgears in the NPC so the price should be at least at 100 event cupons.

Now... weapons have the problem of not being posible to use by every class so they have to be multiclass items that are not available at the moment in the server through normal methods.

Sugestion on weapons:

Refine Excalibur [3]:

originally the refined excalibur was indestructible.... but I think that would be too overpowered for a lvl 4 holy weapon with 3 slots =/, still this is just a sugestion indestructible or not just being aproved would be good.

Aplicable jobs: Merchant, Swordsman, thief

Refined Luna Bow [3]:

this would be custom... or at least I havent seen something like this anywhere.. effect:

3 sloted, reduce damage from all property's by 20% (property damage means that magic will be reduced too)

in teory rudra does almost the same but no 3 slots and also this one must be indestructible.

Aplicable Jobs: Sniper, Stalker.

Refined Red Rose[4] :

Shotgun type...indestructible...+ 10 dex.... custom btw... why did I even put it? cuz Gunslingers still dont have Shotguns or other weapons and it would be quite troubling to add it to the Elite box.

Aplicable Job: Gunsling

Equipment

The reason to be equipment added to the event NPC is so that there can be something that most classes can use (elites are exclusive for the class) and can be near to the Donation sets.

This equips however would be custom and even if it gets aproved I doubt we could see it in less than 2 months =/, If Im not wrong Genesis was interested in an Idea like this some time ago but there was never an oficial word OR a decent proposal for the equipment.

Names are also something that I didnt really thought off so name them as whatever jaja

Valkyrie Lesser helm [2] (original Valkyrie Helm sprite maybe?)

aspd + 3 all stats + 5

Armor [2]

Increase hp & SP by 5% (yeah same as elite)

Cloack [2]

+10 agi

Shoes [2]

+10 agi

Combo effect:

+10 to all stats reflect 10% of all recieved damage.

Valkyrie Lesser Helm is almost the same as the GVH. That would ruin the price of the *GVH.

I disagree on having equipment in the even rewards.

GVH is Fhelm + 3 to all stats, Lesser Valk Helm is aspd + 3 and +5 to all stats [nothing like GVH]

Sacred gives -10% damage from all sources but however its a wing and you must consider that if you use a bow you cant use a shield wich is the main source of defense

Golden valk have +10 aspd +10 str +10 luk +3 extra points to all stats.

I don't know why but I remember seeing a post made by a GM about a year ago saying that they were working on new/additional elite weapons.

Though I'm not sure.

So I disagree for now with the additional weapons.

For the equipment, is it just me or are they better than the current elite set? o________o

The only thing I like is the lesser valk helm ._. just because anyone could do events and get that helm. It'll be for the not so rich people.

I Like This Idea but maybe not use already made weapons >< no Luna[3] or anything maybe just like

1% change to use Call spirit lv1 when attacking

You cant just slap a boy that was meant to be no slot and give it 3 x.x makes it over powered to much and snipes cant use shields because you attack from a distance you have a easy 2 sec before you get hit

Also if you make it so everyone can get a set thats powerful then no one would need to donate

I find it good =), changing cards from elite sets (for non donation pvp) really cost some x _ x, that way I could keep the same set for diferent classes.

hmm I dunno about that though. I would just suggest to add a quest on the elite to get a non donation fhelm though.(why the hell is the elite set don't have a helm huh?.)
