Cards drop at 100%. Minibosses and MvP cards drop at 10%. 2. There's an ultima refiner that'll refine your gear to +10 without any chance of breaking it. However I strongly advise against +10'ing your gear, as it makes thana hit hard. Except for wep of course. 3. There's a mall here that sells most standard equips for relatively cheap (10-100k) prices. Items like bow thimbles and composite bows. Most of the gear listed is ridiculously cheap; the most expensive would be the dragon aura and amistr hat as noted above; since they're custom.
