TwinShadow Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 Nintendo DSi Xbox 360 Nintendo Wii Nintendo Wii Nintendo DSi Nintendo Wii PSP or Playstation 3 (played neither to be honest.. so I dunno) Xbox 360 I don't really have much of an opinion. I'm not a hardcore gamer, I don't own a 360 or a PS3, or a PSP for that matter. There are hardly any games that I'd play that even warrant me to consider buying any other system besides Nintendo systems, like the DS or the Wii. I only have a vague opinion on the 360, despite my hatred for Microshaft, because a friend of mine owns one and I play it every now and then. It's alright for a system, but eh... I wouldn't buy it anyway.
Forum~ Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 DSi PS3 Wii Wii DSi Wii PSP PSP i'm more of a nintendo person. Not into hardcore OMG 30-50 hour EPIC RPG/ FPS shooter games anymore. They take too much time. i'd prefer a handheld, 15-30 hour game to play on my free time. i enjoy interactive games as well. To me: Nintendo>everything else / Handheld>console. i don't know, just me. ALTHOUGH, i have a psp, ds, ps3, and a wii lol. PSP is modded as well LOL.

Dart Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 I love how Nintendo can target dirt and still sell millions of copies. It's amazing that slapping Nintendo on something makes it god. xD! Don't misunderstand, I love Nintendo. Always have, always will. I just find it amusing how if the Nintendo name is on it, it will sell everywhere.
Akachan Kira- Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 XBox 360 owns all of them, hands down. Sony is getting shitty(or shittier, rather), and Nintendo doesn't have the games to cater to hardcore gamers. I love Nintendo, they we're my first love, but Microsoft now owns my soul. Sony, you suck. Do something innovative, or you'' go down the way of the Dreamcast and the Genesis.

The main one being: PS3 doesn't LAG while playing games unlike the xbox, wtf is up with that? >__>; That being said I choose to use my Xbox 360 more than PS3.

That's because the PS3 has better processing power than the Xbox 360. Good hardware is useless, though, if there isn't any good games to play it on.
Rayray Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 O_O I am still using my old PS2, I only play PS3 and XBOX 360 at my friend's house...

I would play the Sega Genesis way before I would ever touch an Xbox 360 or PS3. If only I had the opportunity.

GrimFusion Posted June 2, 2009 Report Posted June 2, 2009 If it weren't for the Xbox 360 experiencing a red ring of death once every two weeks, I'd absolutely vote it over the PS3 or Wii. The Wii has a few games that really shine on the console. Mostly Nintendo or second party releases, but most of the games on Wii feel like demo ware. What happened to Wii being the best anticipated platform for FPS games? There aren't many actual FPS games on Wii. Instead, the game library is filled with games where you stand and shoot at targets. The PS3 is superior hardware to the Xbox 360, but only in the number crunching department. The PS3 is awesome with physics, but it's video chipset is only one small step above the same graphic chipset included in the Xbox 360. PS3's major claim to fame is bluray compatibility, but how many games actually fill a full bluray disc? None. If you mention ANY console, there's usually a small list of games which really stand out. The PS3's got quite a few of them. Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 is cheaper, and most of the "console seller" games or "killer apps" are cross platform with very little cut in gameplay. Besides, the Xbox 360 has far, far more independent platform titles and a much more well supported online play system (not that I'm into most online games). As far as handhelds are concerned, it's blatently time for Nintendo to move onto new hardware. We don't need another iteration of Nintendo DS. It'd be nice if Nintendo moved onto a 128-bit handheld platform. I mean, it's been about 8 years, hasn't it? Usually, Nintendo hangs up it's current Gameboy generation after 6. As far as games go, though, I'd MUCH rather be playing a DS than a PSP. While Sony's PSP is better both graphically and in terms of hardware, the games for the handheld kinda sucked. UMD movies were a novel idea, but who actually makes them anymore? Sony had a good idea. Sony just sucks at marketing.
ramseyedison Posted July 27, 2009 Report Posted July 27, 2009 Its better you need to buy both, that time you can choose which is best for you to play. _________________________________ Get Infinity corrected, Phase Contrast, Fluorescent filter here!
